Rare Electric Guitar

Based on the 1957 Jet George Harrison bought second-hand in the early 1960′s, this Gretsch G6128T-GH George Harrison Signature Guitar is a wonderful guitar. It’s got a unique sound; DynaSonics don’t really resemble anything else. The rocking bar bridge works very well with the Bigsby and intonation isn’t much of an issue at all. It’s quite easy to get nearly as close as you can with individually adjustable saddles. Overall, a very good instrument, with a classy appearance yet not overdone.

What else can be said about George Harrison that hasn't been said already? Gretsch pays tribute to the Beatles guitarist by replicating his Gretsch Duo Jet, the model which he referred to as his first "real decent guitar." With features such as a black finish, maple top on a chambered mahogany body, two DynaSonic pickups, a rocking bar bridge, and silver plexi pickguard, the guitar looks just like the one
Harrison was seen making history with. This is a great addition to any Beatles, George Harrison, or Gretsch collection, not to mention being an excellent guitar itself.
